Service Standards: We strive to offer an exceptional mix of storage and organising products with friendly and helpful service. We want to know when your service experience exceeds, meets or falls short of our standards or your expectations. When you shop, your attendant should:

 

--Stand and greet you when you enter the store

--Approach you to offer assistance in a timely manner

--Pay attention to you while in store and be visible and accessible

--Approach you when you have a query or ask for more information on a product

--Have thorough knowledge of products to answer your query

--Express gratitude at the end of your service transaction or on your exit

 

Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase with product packaging intact.

Returns are for store credit or exchanges only, unless defective.

 

Layaway Policy: You can select any item(s) in store for layaway. Deposit due is one-quarter of the 

order total with full payment due within 4 weeks.

 

Opening Hours: We're open 9 till 6 weekdays and 9 till 3 Saturdays. Online shopping is

available for many of our departments.
